RE: fridge stopped cooling HELP!!!!

With our 2004 Cardinal, the fridge went out on the recall of the fridge. It will be covered most likely as most of these Cardinals like ours had recalls on the fridges. So, I would advise you to look at the model and serial number and compare it to the recall list. Look at the Dometic recall. Have a nice day.

RE: Corp or LLC & Which State

LauraA, we have alreay spoken with a CPA that specializes in business. He is the one that pointed out that taxes are definitely higher in Texas, then also the fact that we will be leaving Texas in less than a year. This business will be consulting, so therefore, we will not need to stay at one place to conduct business. We can conduct our business during our travel. But we were wanting to know from peole that have dealt with the shelfed corporations and also about the Wyoming Corps or LLC. Any and all comments are welcomed. Thanks and have a nice day.

Corp or LLC & Which State

We are trying to decide where we want to start our present company and how we should file. We have been informed that Wyoming requires less forms and taxes. Texas is known for lots of forms and reigistrations. Yes,we presently live in Texas, but we will be traveling full time in less than one year. The shelf corporations in Wyoming have the required physical address, mail forwarding, and such. Anyone with any experience or knowledge, please let us know. Thanks and have a nice day.

Membership Camping for Full Timers

As full timers, are the parks that require memberships a better alternative to non-membership parks? We would like some suggestions as to what are some of the better membership parks or private parks. We prefer a more rustic (wooded) park with larger sized slots, rather than one that is nothing but concrete. Our RV length alone will be anywhere from 38-45 feet. Any input or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Questions about Thousand Trails

We have been looking at individuals selling their Thousand Trail memberships. For instance, the first one is valued at $8000, when they bought 1.5 years ago, the yearly dues are $539 per year; the price for this one is $2500 plus the $750 transfer fee. The second one we are looking at is a 1 Generation Membership to Thousand Trails Caming Resorts; the price for this one is $6000 plus $750 transfer fee, the yearly due at $449 per year. Our question is how long do these memberships last and how do you determine how many days you can stay within the TT system without having to move. We will be fulltiming in a little over a year and we are not looking to have to move every 14 or 21 days and be out of the system for so many days before we can return to the TT system. Anyone that acutally has these memberships or has been to the actual meeting with TT, please help us understand these. Thanks
